Previously Unreleased Johnny Cash Concert Coming Soon

A previously unreleased concert recording by Johnny Cash will be released by Jack White's Third Man label on July 31st, as the 45th offering in the label's Vault Series.

Johnny Cash: A Night To Remember was recorded in 1973 during a special week of concerts in L.A. presented by then-Columbia Records head Clive Davis that also included shows by Bruce Springsteen and Miles Davis, among others.

The hit-filled Cash set took place on April 29th at the Ahmanson Theater and features guest appearances by his wife, June Carter Cash, and Carl Perkins.

The album will come out as a two-record "vintage white" vinyl set and will be available to order through Third Man until midnight on July 31st.

Until's Johnny Cash, Man in Black live from Denmark.
