Yep, your food delivery driver is sampling your food …A new survey found that 20% of respondents say they suspect that their food delivery driver has eaten some of their food. And it seems they have reason to be suspicious. They survey found that 28% of delivery drivers confessed to sampling from an order on occasion. 54% said they just couldn’t resist the smell of the food. Maybe that’s why 85% of consumers want restaurants to use tamper-resistant labels. (The Ladders)

Is your phone making you fat? New research has found that using your smartphone for more than five hours a day can increase your risk for obesity by 43%. People who were on their phones for five-plus hours a day were also twice as likely to drink more sugary drinks and eat more junk food. They also exercised less as well. (Runner’s World)
