Jon Pardi is just a few weeks away from releasing his fourth studio album, and the country hitmaker ramped up anticipation with his latest televised performance. Pardi donned a signature cowboy hat as he and his band played “Last Night Lonely” on The Tonight Show Starring. Jimmy Fallon. It was the first song to debut from the album earlier this year.

Pardi released “Last Night Lonely” in February, and premiered its music video a few months later, hitting the town in Las Vegas, Nevada, in search of his last night lonely. Pardi followed it up with a few other must-listen tracks from his upcoming album, including the honky tonk anthem “Fill ‘Er Up,” and “Longneck Way To Go,” a collaboration with country trio Midland. Pardi also released the country heartache song that fans will recognize as the title track of his upcoming project, “Mr. Saturday Night.” The song is one that juxtaposes the “life of the party” with the “desolate guy who goes home to face what he’s lost.”

Pardi recently kicked off his “Ain’t Always The Cowboy” Tour, which includes Lainey Wilson and Hailey Whitters. Mr. Saturday Night is set to release on September 2. Watch Pardi’s performance on The Tonight Show here:
