Washington CH Police report that at about 3pm, they responded to a report of a man exposing himself to passing vehicles.
After witnessing that, police attempted to take 22-year-old Keith Wright of Washington CH into custody when they report he struck an officer in the face with his fist.
Wright was charged with public indecency, resisting arrest, and assault on a police officer.
