Police in Washington CH were called to a disturbance at a local thrift store on Tuesday morning of this week.
According to a Police report, officers responded to Ohio Thrift at 100 Washington Square shortly before 10am Tuesday in reference to a possibly intoxicated man acting erratically and throwing clothing around the store.
He appeared to be under the influence of a drug, and a needle was found on him.
Brandon Blevins was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of drug abuse instruments.
