A second member of the Wagner family has pleaded guilty to several charges related to the 2016 deaths of eight members of the Rhoden family, but not to the murder charges levied against her.
Angela Wagner pleaded guilty to several charges in Pike County Common Pleas Court on Friday afternoon. She pleaded guilty to 14 of 22 charges against including conspiracy to commit murder, aggravated burglary and evidence tampering. Her plea though did not include the eight counts of murder.
Prosecutors say she has agreed to testify against other members of the family. Wagner's youngest son, Jake Wagner, made a similar agreement with prosecutors in April of this year and has also entered a guilty plea.
The other two members of the Wagner family, George III and George IV, are scheduled to appear in court this week.
The four Wagners are accused in the 2016 fatal shootings of eight people at separate locations in Pike County. The victims were 40-year-old Christopher Rhoden Sr.; his ex-wife, 37-year-old Dana Rhoden; their three children, 20-year-old Clarence Rhoden, 16-year-old Christopher Jr., and 19-year-old Hanna; Clarence Rhoden’s fiancee, 20-year-old Hannah Gilley; Christopher Rhoden Sr.’s brother, 44-year-old Kenneth Rhoden; and a cousin, 38-year-old Gary Rhoden.
