Two people were charged after leading Washington CH Police on brief bicycle chase early Wednesday morning.
According to a police report, an officer was on patrol shortly before 2am when they attempted to stop two subjects on bicycles for not having lights while riding at night. They failed to comply, riding away on their bikes.
Following a short pursuit, Destiny Lewis was caught and taken into custody. Austin Bristow initially eluded officers, but was located in hiding a short while later.
Both Lewis And Bristow have been charged with failure to comply, not having bicycle lights, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
