The Washington CH police department report June 3rd they engaged in a brief pursuit.
Officers attempted a traffic stop on a known wanted man, Rusty Penwell Jr. He fled but soon lost control in a ditch near Palmer Road, and as he was trying to get out, he tried to hit the police cruiser.
Penwell was taken into custody and given several felony charges.
