The Washington CH police report they responded to a voyeurism complaint at a South Main Street address, where they found a Ring camera hidden in a restroom at about 8:30pm Monday.
The resident refused to allow officers to seize his cell phone as evidence, so he was arrested for obstructing official business and the phone seized.
The voyeurism complaint is being investigated.
