Greenfield Schools Receive Grant For WiFi Improvement

The Greenfield Exempted Village School District in Highland and Ross counties has been selected to receive grant funding to install WiFi access points in two of its school parking lots.

The WiFi hot spots are meant to aid the 30-percent of families in the district who do not have access to strong internet connections.

The grant was awarded by the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio and the AEP Ohio Foundation. Greenfield Exempted received a share of $40,000 which is being distributed to 14 Ohio organizations.
