Agents from the Ohio Investigative Unit cited six establishments overnight Friday/Saturday after receiving complaints of blatant violations of orders in place to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus. One of those was in Washington Court House.
Agents issued citations after witnessing the violations at the Swiggys LLC, DBA: Winkin Willys, in Washington Court House, after they received an administrative citation for limitation on hours for on-premises consumption.
Upon entering the premises at approximately 10:30pm, agents were able to purchase an alcoholic beverage. Last call for serving under the state order is 10pm.
