A Blanchester man was killed in a motorcycle crash early Monday in Clermont County.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol reports the fatal crash occurred on Taylor Pike near Marathon Edenton Road at approximately 2:30am.
25-year-old Matthew Binegar was operating a Honda Shadow northeast on Taylor Pike when it traveled off the left side of the roadway, overturned, and struck a guardrail.
Binegar was pronounced deceased on scene by Wayne Township EMS. Binegar was not wearing a helmet when the crash occurred and alcohol and or drug impairment is suspected to be a factor.
