A Ripley man is dead as the result of single-vehicle motorcycle crash in Brown County.
The Ohio Highway State Patrol says 54-year-old David Lee Vaughn of Georgetown was killed when he was thrown from his bike after going off the side of the roadway and colliding with a fence on Route 32 in Green Township at around 1:00 p.m. Thursday.
Vaughn's passenger, 29-year-old Whitney Danielle Vaughn of Georgetown, was also thrown from the bike, and was taken to Mourt Orab Mercy Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
