Washington CH Police were called to a Rawlings Street residence on Sunday in reference to a person with a gun.
Upon arrival, police found that a male subject fled inside the residence. After gaining approval from the homeowner to check the residence, police discovered Hope Flemings hiding in a restroom. She originally had given false information to conceal her identity. After confirming her true identity, it was learned that there were several warrants out on her arrest.
The male who fled, Charles Warner, was located in an upstairs bedroom closet. He had to be handcuffed when he resisted arrest. He was also in possession of drug paraphernalia.
