High Winds Bring Damage to Ohio Over the Weekend

The National Weather Service Bureau in Wilmington, Ohio has confirmed there were two EF-0 tornadoes that touched down in Miami County, Saturday night. One was in the city of Troy and the other near Fletcher.

Reports of trees and power lines being blown down were common in the Buckeye State, including such reports in Pickaway County where Darby Creek Road was closed between State Route 762 and Scioto Darby Road, due to a utility pole being across the road. The road was reopened at 4:45pm Sunday

Ross County had reports of wind gusts up to 50 miles per hour at 11:24pm, Saturday.
