The Commissioners also renewed a lease with Mid Atlantic Storage Systems Inc for a parcel of land used by the company for storage. The four-acre tract is located on the southwest side of Robinson Road in Union Township. That’s a five-year renewal at $1000 per year through the end of August 2024.

.

The Commissioners also voted to allow Brandstetter Carroll Inc. to proceed with the preparation of a grant application for federal assistance to reconstruct a parallel taxiway at the Fayette County Airport. The total cost of the project is roughly $1.76-million with a local cost of a little more than $88-thousand.
