Madison Corrections Employee Charged for Threats Against Prison Guards

(24/7 News) -- Officials say a mailroom employee at the Madison County Correctional Institution has quit following comments he made about a hit-list with co-workers names on it.

Chace Dobbs of Springfield resigned from the facility yesterday and was then arrested on misdemeanor charges of aggravated menacing.

.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says it recovered two loaded pistols from Dobbs' vehicle and he admitted to threatening to shoot corrections officers at the prison.

.

Police say Dobbs will be arraigned on Friday and they are continuing their investigation.
