The Highland County Sheriff is investigating an armed robbery that took place at a convenience story on U.S. Route 50 at State Route 135, Sunday night.

A male subject wearing a red hoodie and a red bandanna entered the Allensburg 1st Stop at 8:37pm, brandishing a handgun, where he took cash while hold the clerk at gunpoint.
