According to a new study, that midnight snack might not be that bad for you after all.

Researchers found that the time of your last meal doesn’t mess with your blood sugar levels as much as health officials believed.

Instead, it’s the usual suspects that are wrecking your health -- blood pressure, lack of physical activity and excessive drinking. (Insider)
