Snow Emergencies Explained

With Sunday night's heavy snow, you're hearing about snow emergencies.  Here's an explanation of each kind.

Sheriff's offices operate under three levels: Level one means you can drive, but you should take it slow. It's equivalent to the slipperiness of a summer a rainstorm.

Level two means you should check with your boss and drive only if it's completely necessary.

And, level three means the roads are closed to non-essential drivers. You could actually get a ticket or be arrested.
