Plants are the new steaks … Impossible Foods, the company behind the plant-based Impossible Burger, is now going to make a meatless “steak.” If you haven’t had one yet, the plant-based Impossible Burgers contain something called heme, a red iron molecule that makes food cook, taste and even “bleed” like beef. No word yet on when the Impossible Steak will hit the market. (Market Watch)
