The Washingon CH Police report that officers responded to a report of a man not allowing a woman to leave a car they were both in on Eastern Avenue, and that he may have had a gun.
Paul B. Gatewood was taken into custody, and a BB handgun and drugs were recovered. He was charged with abduction, drug abuse, and obstructing official business.
