Tanger Outlets Jeffersonville report they recently showed their thanks and support to several area agencies.
Checks were presented at a special ceremony during Fayette County Chamber’s Business After Hours event Wednesday at Pottery Barn Outlet. Tanger made separate $1,000 donations to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, Fayette County Memorial Hospital EMS, and Jefferson Township Fire Department.
“We are proud to show our support for these organizations that serve our great community all year long. These men and women are truly heroes!” stated Kristen Hauer, General Manager of Tanger Outlets Jeffersonville.
In the same event, Tanger Outlets Jeffersonville also donated $6,836.93 to Fayette County Memorial Hospital Foundation’s Partners in Pink program, which benefits women in Fayette County currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer, or breast cancer survivors.
The funds were raised throughout the month of October as part of the 25th annual Tanger PINK Campaign.
Since 1994, Tanger has contributed more than $17 million to breast cancer research through the PINK Campaign, 5K races, on-site events and other breast cancer-related fundraising initiatives across the U.S.
