Stacey Johnson of FAC says the nearly half-century old YouthBuild USA program helps people age 18-24 who left high school without graduating, get their GED, and pays them while training.
Fayette Community Action's YouthBuild USA effort targets the areas of Washington CH, Bloomingburg, New Holland, Jeffersonville and Greenfield.
