A woman has been arrested in Washington Court House for leaving a small child inside a car with the engine running.
Washington Court House Police were called to the Kroger parking lot, where they found the child inside the car. Samantha Corzatt claimed another adult was with the child while she went inside the store, but that was later found to be false.
Corzatt was charged with Child Endangering and Obstructing Official Business.
