Washington CH School Superintendent Setting High Bar for District

Business has become a big part of education outreach. In that regard, Tom Baily Superintendent of the Washington Court House City Schools says education is changing.

Baily says local businesses are getting more involved in helping the school know what would be some good elective courses to make sure graduating students are ready for the world of employment.

One of the topics of the last school board meetings was young teacher retention. Baily says that there is a plan to improve this, where the district is aiming to make working at WCH Schools like being with family- so that teachers won't want to leave the district.

Tom Baily is in his first year as Superintendent at Washington Court House City Schools.
