Sleeping Solo

Sure, you love your significant other, but would you prefer to sleep solo? If you said yes, you are not alone. According to a new survey from alarm clock app Sleep Cycle, 41 percent of Americans prefer sleeping alone to sleeping with their partner. Why? Snoring is the top culprit. 52 percent of respondents said their partner's snoring is loud enough to wake them up, and 30 percent say the snoring is so loud it causes them to sleep on the couch or in another room. Other issues besides snoring were: temperature issues, hogging the covers, taking up too much space in the bed, and people needing sound machines or some kind of light on. (Women's Health)
