Alan Jackson has been elected to the Songwriter's Hall of Fame.
Other inductees this year include Bill Anderson, John Mellencamp and Steve Dorff, who's written hits for George Strait and Kenny Rogers.
The induction ceremony will take place in New York City on June 14th.
