A reward is being offered in relation to a Milledgeville robbery.
Fayette County Sheriff, Vernon Stanforth, says a reward of up to $1000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible.
Sheriff Stanforth says deputies and detectives from his office responded to a home in the 8000 block of East Street in Milledgeville, located in northwest Fayette County, in regard to a robbery reported by the home owner. The resident informed deputies that while in his garage on the morning of Tuesday, January 2nd, he was approached by two unknown individuals and robbed of several items.
