The Holidays Make You Fat (Sort Of)

Through the years, many claims have been made about how much weight people gain over the holidays. Luckily, scientists have found that the truth isn’t that bad.

It seems people gain less than a pound each holiday season. No big deal. Except… They tend to not lose that extra weight, so it adds up year after year.
