Eating Alone Puts Men At Greater Risk Of Obesity

According to a new study, men who eat alone have a 45% greater risk of obesity. The researchers found that women who eat alone are also at a greater risk of obesity, but the effects are for worse for men.

It seems both men and women who regularly eat alone are more likely to be single, live alone and skip meals. And, that’s where the problem is. Skipping some meals leads to overeating at others, which – of course – leads to unhealthy weight gain. (Independent)
