Kathryn Fauley, MD
age 64, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away unexpectedly after a long illness on Friday morning, October 27, 2017 at the Quaker Heights Retirement Community in Waynesville, Ohio.
She was born September 29, 1953 in Martins Ferry, Ohio daughter of Maurice Allen & Joan (Cline) Fauley.
Kathryn was an OB-GYN physician for the Clinton Memorial Hospital, who dedicated over 14 years of her life caring for the women in Clinton County.
In addition to her parents, other surviving family members are her 2 brothers- Al (Lori) Fauley, Pataskala, Ohio; & Tim (Loree) Fauley, Wilmington; 2 sisters- Donna (Bob) Kreuter, Pataskala, Ohio & Bev (Doug) James, Wilmington; and 4 nieces and nephews.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Truesdell Street, Wilmington.
Friends will be received from 5-7 PM, Monday, October 30 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street,Wilmington.
