One of the candidates for the Washington CH City School Board says he would like to look into bringing back the local DARE program.
John Minyo said bringing back the DARE program is a possibility. Minyo says young people need to be taught that illegal drugs are dangerous and can ruin your life, and said getting that message to younger students is critical to getting control of the community drug abuse problem.
