Millennials are willing to give up a lot in order to get out of their student loan debt. According to a new survey from finance website Credible, 50% of respondents (ages 18-34) said they would give up their right to vote in the next two presidential elections if they never had to make another loan payment again. Here are some other things they would give up in order to have their student loans zeroed out: ridesharing service like Uber and Lyft (44%), the ability to travel outside the U.S. (42%), living on their own (27% said they would be willing to live with their parents for five years) and texting (13%). Only 8.2% said they would rather keep paying the debt and not give up anything. (NY Post)
