A man was arrested after waving what appeared to be a rifle at a marching band in Greenfield.
The Ohio News Network reports that 47-year-old Ronald Penn was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing and inducing panic Monday afternoon, according to Greenfield Police.
On September 11, police say they received a report of a man sitting on a front porch on North Street, threatening the Greenfield marching band with what appeared to be a rifle as they were walking by.
Greenfield police say Penn had a pellet rifle when he was arrested. He was also believed to be under the influence. Officers recovered the pellet gun and transported Penn to the Greenfield jail.
