The Highland County Chapter of the Public Employee Retirees, Inc., meeting will be on September 14, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. The meeting will be held at the Highland County Senior Citizen Center, 185 Muntz St. Hillsboro. The guest speaker will be Andrew Tinkham, Senior Outreach & Education Specialist, with the Ohio Consumer Council. He will speaking about consumer protection and selection in regard to our utilities. All members and guest welcome.
