Devoted to God and her family, Tammy and her husband of more than 28 years and their one son are from Berlin Heights, Oh. A successful Gospel music songwriter and recording artist, Tammy has recorded 13 albums since starting her solo career in the 1990’s, charting over two-dozen songs and building an impressive catalog of original material. In 2014, Tammy celebrated two back-to-back #1s with “Beautiful Day” and “You Don’t Love Him Like I Do” and was named “Favorite Female Vocalist” at the 2015 Gospel Music Fan Awards presented by “Christian Voice” magazine. Tammy also began hosting her own radio show on WLRD 96.9FM, “The Southern Celebration”, featuring Southern Gospel and Bluegrass music, and is now syndicated in 52 markets. Through her God-given talents, Tammy has a passion to lift the name of Jesus to the hearts of the lost and the saints alike! Come and let God's Holy Spirit work in your heart!
Gospel Music Family Friday is an outreach of Rose Ave Community Center & Church, presented every Friday at 7:00 P.M., doors open at 6:30 P.M. Bringing different local, regional and national singers, musical groups and recording artists to the stage each week, all for the glory of God, we offer free admission, free food & drinks, and free shuttle service, in town. To help support this ministry, a free-will offering will be received. Rose Ave Community Center is located at 412 Rose Ave., in WCH. For transportation please call the office at 740-636-ROSE(7673) before 5:00 P.M. Fridays. Join us every Saturday at 5:00 P.M. for a free community meal & contemporary worship service in a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Featuring an upbeat & relevant, Bible-based message from Pastor Justin, doors open at 4:30 PM. Free transportation is also available for this event by calling the office before 3:00 P.M. Saturdays. Regular office hours are Monday-Friday 2:00-5:00 P.M.
