A Mount Orab couple has been charged with Child Endangering, after leaving a 9-month old child alone in a car, while they were inside a store on Carrytown Road in Hillsboro.
26-year-old Zachary Tyler Bingamon and 27-year-old Kristen Bingamon were arrested after Hillsboro Police were notified of the incident Sunday.
Children's Services of Highland County were contacted and placed the child in the care of another.
