After a lot of hype and lip service, Floyd Mayweather and Connor McGregor will finally fight on Saturday.
Not surprisingly, Las Vegas is buzzing, both because the fight will actually be held there, but also because the sportsbooks have been taking bets.
Because Mayweather is such an overwhelming favorite, a ton of money has been bet on him to win. So much money has been bet on Mayweather that the sportsbooks would get crushed if McGregor somehow, some way, pulls off the upset.
It is believed that many casinos would lose millions if Mayweather loses.
So regardless of who you may want to win this thing, it might be fun to root for the upset just to see the meltdown in Vegas. (ESPN)
