A man was arrested for public indecency, Monday morning. According to a Washington Court House Police report, officers were called to the 400-block of E. Paint Street where Joseph L. Coonrod, 42, of Washington Court House, had allegedly been seen performing a sex act on himself on the front porch of the property.
Authorities say Coonrod was arrested on charges of public indecency and resisting arrest.
