A local man, accused in a dispute with his girlfriend, was arrested, Monday night. Washington Court House Police say they responded to a report of domestic violence just before 11 p.m.
Joseph Lyons, 59, of Washington Court House, was arrested for domestic violence by threats.
It is a second-degree misdemeanor.
