The financial website WalletHub ranks the ten best cities out of the nation's 100 most-populated cities to spend the day with your love. The top three include San Francisco, Scottsdale, Arizona, and Orlando. WalletHub says you don't want to spend Valentine's Day in Cleveland, Detroit or Newark, New Jersey. The website says it came up with the best cities for Valentine's Day based on four factors: budget, things to do, shopping and the weather.
