The Washington City School District will host an event this Thursday aimed at celebrating the kick-off of the new school year.
Washington CH students and their families are invited to take part in the event Thursday, September 29th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Gardner Park off West Circle Avenue.
Attendees will be treated to a performance from the Washington High School Marching Band, and a presentation by motivational speaker Nick Jackson who’ll speak on supporting children. The event will also offer food tucks and information on community resources.
