The Fayette County Board of Commissioners has selected Marquee Construction of Washington CH to provide the necessary labor and materials for the building alterations at the former Fayette County Title Department and License Bureau Building.
No word on when that work will begin but the estimated cost for the project comes in at a little more than $208,000.
In other business during the Commissioners’ November 30th session, Sue Smith was designated as the Fayette County Commissioners Records Custodian, fulfilling a requirement of Ohio Revised Code.
Elsewhere, the Commissioners also approved the closing of county offices for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
