Fayette County Memorial Hospital is offering free sports physicals weekdays from June 8th through June 30th for any middle school or high school student who attends Fayette Christian School, Miami Trace Local Schools or Washington Court House City School district.
Exams will be held in Medical Arts Building 1 on the second floor, but unlike other years when everyone gathered at the same time, appointments are required. To reserve an appointment time call 333-5186.
There are a limited number of evening hours available and appointments are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Social distancing and safety measures will be in place and athletes are asked to wear a mask, scarf or other face covering to the appointment.
