Highland County Veterans Services & Greenfield City Hall Restrict Access

Highland County Veterans Services has restricted public access. All services will now be conducted either over the phone at 937-393-8686 or by mail.

An exception may be made for Emergency Financial Assistance but determinations will be made on a case by case basis. Transportation Services will also remain suspended except for absolutely necessary VA medical appointments.

The Village of Greenfield is announcing that effective immediately, the Third floor of City Hall is closed to the public. This includes the offices of the City Manager, the Public Service Director, the Finance Office and the Water & Sewer Department. The City Manager’s office, the Public Service Director, the Finance Office, the Council Clerk and the Building Department may be reached by calling (937) 981-3500.

The City Manager can be reached by e-mail at citymanager@greenfieldohio.net. The Public Service Director may be reached by e-mail at glewis@greenfieldohio.net. The Finance Office may be reached by e-mail at csnodgrass@greenfieldohio.net. The Water & Sewer Department may be reached by calling 937-981-2082 or by e-mail at bgiffin@greenfieldohio.net or kpatton@greenfieldohio.net.

In addition, water payments may be deposited into drop boxes located on the First Floor of City Hall or in the alley directly behind City Hall. For building department correspondence, e-mail hellinger@greenfieldohio.net. For questions regarding Council meetings and/or committee meetings please e-mail rkarnes@greenfieldohio.net.

Forms such as baseball sign-ups, permit applications, ACH forms, contractor registrations, etc. may still be picked up in the foyer area of the Third Floor along with envelopes for each. Cash payments must be placed into the Water & Sewer drop boxes.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HIGHLAND COUNTY COURT, located on the Second Floor of City Hall, will CONDUCT BUSINESS AS USUAL unless notified differently.
