An arrest has been made for assault, after a local man reported he had been shot with a BB gun by a passer-by in a car.

Washington Court House Police say Jack Camp reported to them he was walking down South Elm Street, when he was shot in the back as a vehicle passed by him.

Police later contacted Maverik Rumer and Ross Matthews Junior, both were charged with assault and complicity.
