State Representative Shane Wilkin will be seeking re-election in 2020. He filed petitions at the Highland County Board of Elections on Wednesday to run for re-election.

Wilkin, a Republican, currently represents the 91st Ohio House District, which includes parts of both Highland and Pike Counties.

If elected, it would be the Lynchburg Republican’s second term in office after his election in 2018. Speaker of the House Larry Householder has endorsed Wilkin’s campaign.
