Washington CH Police are reporting an incident from Sunday where a man threatened another person with a firearm on South Fayette Street.

The vehicle the offenders fled in was later stopped, where officers recovered a CO2 powered BB gun, along with drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Paul Houser III was arrested and charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, two counts of Possession of Drugs, Tampering with Evidence and Aggravated Menacing.

Cody Rueppel was charged with Aggravated Menacing, Sarah Gargyi was charged with Tampering with Evidence and Kayla Valentine was charged with Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments.
