KFC goes Beyond …The Beyond Meat company has added plant-based “chicken” to their offerings and KFC is testing it out as fried "chicken." The KFC in Smyrna, Georgia, near Atlanta's SunTrust Park, will be the first to test out the Beyond Fried Chicken. If it's a hit, it will be likely be added nationwide. (Bloomberg)

Glass half full equals longer life …According to research from Boston University School of Medicine, people who are more optimistic live longer. In fact, the study found that people with a higher level of optimism had an 11% to 15% longer life span and they had 50% to 70% greater odds of reaching the age of 85. (Mind Body Green)
